Terms and Conditions

By accepting delivery of our skip bin you agree to and acknowledge these terms and conditions.

  • Hire is for up to 7 days unless organised otherwise at the time of booking

  • Payment is to be made at the time of delivery unless otherwise discussed.

  • Prohibited items include liquids, food waste, tyres, gas bottles and asbestos. Additional charges and/or legal charges will be made if this is not adhered to.

  • The load of the bin must not be higher than the top of the bin. Due to legal requirements we will not be able to collect the bin if this rule is not adhered to.

  • The skip bin is not to be moved by the customer. Please contact us if you require the bin to be moved, this will involve an additional call out fee.

  • Skip bins cannot be placed on public land without a valid permit, steep driveways or sloping terrain. Health and Safety regulations must be followed when deciding placement of the bin.

  • All council permits must be obtained by the customer before delivery. Without a valid permit the skip bin must be placed within the property boundary.

  • Prices stated on our website are only a guide and may change due to location, waste type or other factors

  • We reserve the right to seek additional costs if the load contents is different to what was discussed when booking of the bin was made.

  • The customer agrees to pay Sunrise Skips for any damages caused to the bin while on the customers premises. Fires are not to be lit inside or close to the bin.

  • Sunrise Skips will not accept responsibility for any injury or property damage arising out of the use of our service.
